# Overview

The** Customer Orders **option allows you to create and maintain customer orders

The difference between Customer Orders and [Sales Orders](https://sterlandsupport.atlassian.net/wiki/spaces/FRAM/pages/28391206) is that Customer Orders are for importing orders from Customers to create [Sales Orders](https://sterlandsupport.atlassian.net/wiki/spaces/FRAM/pages/28391206).
