# Overview

The Pick by Picking ID screen is an adaption of the Picking screen but instead of displaying the products within an order, this screen displays the orders associated with products that are part of the same Pick ID. The main use of this screen is to make easy the managing of multiple orders for a branch pick but can also be used to sort a single order by product. 

# Using the Pick by Pick ID function

To access the **Pick by Pick ID** function, navigate to the Picking Dashboard, and perform the following:

1. Select the order you wish to pick. Click on the blue hyperlink **Pick ID **to open the pick ID screen.
2. Click on the "Check Picking" button to sign off on the picking.
3. Click on the "Release Order" button once ready to release the order for delivery.

| **Field** | **Description** |
| --- | --- |
| **Pick ID** | Displays the Pick ID |
| **Status** | Displays the status of the Pick ID |
| **Customer no.** | Displays the current customer-selected |
| **Picker** | Displays the current user |
| **Picked** | Displays the date and time of the most recent successful save to any of the containing orders. |
| **Check Picking button** | Select the Check Picking button to 'sign off' on the picking. This button is only enabled when all the associated orders are at a ‘complete’ status or further. |
| **Release Order button** | Select the Release Order** **button to** **release the order to the dock** **for delivery. Once this has been selected all products are invoiced and deduction of stock takes place. |
| **Clear Pick ID button** | Select the Clear Pick ID to remove all pick data from the containing orders and remove the Pick ID itself - reinitialise all orders and fields. The Clear Pick ID is disabled after Check Picking. |

# Printing Picking Slips

To print a picking slip click on the order ID for each of the picked orders, you will be taken to the standard picking screen where you can print a picking slip.
