# Overview
The **Mighty Rewards Card Maintenance **screen allows you to view, create and maintain Mighty Rewards customer information, look up points balance and replace lost or stolen cards.
> ℹ️ The **Mighty Rewards Card Maintenance **screen is connected to the **DCA Database **allowing you to look up all Mighty Rewards accounts.
> ⚠️ **Important**: The feature code **MGY **is required to be Active for this module to be available.
# Accessing Mighty Rewards Card Maintenance
To access the **Mighty Rewards Card Maintenance **screen, perform the following:
1. Click the **Frameworks Menu** and navigate to **Sales > Mighty Rewards > Mighty Rewards Card Maintenance **from the navigation tree.
2. Click **Find **to view all the Mighty Reward accounts within your Frameworks database.
> ⚠️ Only the **Card Number **field will look up accounts in the **DCA Database.**
3. Click on the **Card Number** hyperlink, in the results section, to view the account details.
# Navigating the Mighty Rewards Card Maintenance Screen
Once you open the **Mighty Rewards Card Maintenance **screen you can view, create and maintain Mighty Rewards customer information, look up points balance, replace lost or stolen cards and add customers who haven't traded in your store before.
The **Mighty Rewards Card Maintenance **screen is made up of 4 sections:

## 1. Search Criteria
This section allows you to refine your search by **Phone Number, Post Code, Last Name** and **Card Number.**
- Click to updated the results grid.
> ⚠️ Only the **Card Number **field will look up accounts in the **DCA Database.**

## 2. Results Grid
This displays the search results from the entered search criteria.
The information displayed here is:
- **Card Number: **Displays the reward card number. Click on the hyperlink to view the account details
- **Name: **Displays the first and last name on the account
- **Address: **Displays the full address on the account. If no address was added at the time of entry *Not Entered, NOT ENTERED postcode* will be displayed

## 3. Account Details
This section allows you to view and edit the selected rewards account as well as add the required information to create a new Mighty Rewards account.

| **Fields** | **Description** |
| --- | --- |
| **Email Address** | Mandatory field. Displays the email address for the Might Rewards account.
When creating a new Might Rewards account the email address is required to be added first before entering any other details. Once entered Framework will check if the email address exists within the DCA database.
- If the email does NOT exist you will be notified that the email address is available.
- If the email DOES exist the account details will be displayed ready to be added to a customer account or edited.
> ⚠️ Role email addresses are NOT able to be used, for example, noreply@, sales@, etc. An error will be displayed notifying you of this. |
| | The **DCA Search **icon. Click to open the **DCA Customer Search **window. Here you can search the DCA database for customers who do NOT have their card on them and may or may not have traded in your store before.
You can search for the customer details using one of the following search criteria:
- Their **Mobile Number**
- Their **Email Address**
- Their **First name** (at least 1 character) + **Last Name** (at least 2 characters) + Post Code
Selecting and using an existing Mighty Rewards account will add the details from the DCA database allowing you to create a new customer account or link it to an existing account within Frameworks |
| **Card Number** | Mandatory field. Displays the Mighty Rewards card number.
When creating a new Might Rewards account, you can type or scan a card number. If it already exists in the DCA database the account details will be displayed ready to be added to a customer account or edited. |
| | Click **Replace Card** to display the **New Card Number **field to type or scan the new card number. The old card number will be displayed in the **Other Cards **field and can still be used when searching for the Mighty Rewards account. |
| **Consolidate ** | [Currently With Development] |
| **Account Number** | Displays the Frameworks account number linked to the Mighty Rewards account.
When adding an account for a new or existing Mighty Rewards account that is not linked to a Frameworks account you can:
- Click the **search **icon to search for the Frameworks customer account.
- Enter the account number you want to be created.
- Leave blank and the next available customer number will be applied. |
| **First** and **Last Name** | Mandatory fields. Displays the customer's first name and last name. Updating these fields will update both the Frameworks customer and the Mighty Rewards account on the DCA database.
> ⚠️ A minimum of 2 characters is required |
| **Mobile Number** | Displays the customer's Mobile number. You can use this to help search for a customer in the **Mighty Rewards Card Maintenance **search criteria. |
| **Post Code** | Mandatory field. A valid postcode is required. |
| **Date of Birth** | Mandatory field. The customer’s date of birth is required. |
| **Enrolment Date** | Displays the date the Mighty Rewards account was created in the DCA database. |
| **Points Balance and Value** | This displays the current points balance of the customer's points accrued and the dollar value of those points. This information is gathered from the DCA database.
> ℹ️ For new members, this will total 0 |
| **Points Expiring and Value** | This displays the expiring points balance and the dollar value of those points. This information is gathered from the DCA database. |
| **Expiry Date** | Displays the expiry date of the expiring point |
| **Receive Invoice by Email** | Tick or Untick this option depending on the member's preference to receive his or her invoice via email. If this is not ticked, the member will receive the invoice via post. |
| **Tier** | This displays the rewards tier the selected customer is allocated to. The available tiers are defined in the Mighty Rewards system and displayed here. |
| **Next Tier** | This displays the next rewards tier the customer can upgrade to. This information is defined in the Mighty Rewards system and displayed here. |
| **Spent to Upgrade** | This displays the amount the customer will need to spend to move to the next tier. This information is defined in the Mighty Rewards system and displayed here. |
| **Address, Suburb and State** | Enter the customer's address.
> ℹ️ If the system setting - flag **MRAddrMand** is ticked these fields will be mandatory, if unticked these fields will NOT be mandatory.
> ℹ️
> ℹ️ If no address is added at the time of creating a Mighty Rewards account *Not Entered, NOT ENTERED* will be added to the **Address** and** Suburb** fields. |
| **Other cards** | Display any other old card numbers related to the Might Rewards account. Old card numbers will be added to the field when a card is replaced or the account has been consolidated. |

## 4. Command Buttons
The command buttons allow you to add **New** and **Edit **Mighty Rewards accounts, **Save** or **Cancel** any changes made and **Close **the Mighty Rewards Card Maintenance screen
