The **Order Calendar View** displays order and delivery information as individual calendar events. It appears in three places: the **My Orders Calendar**, the **Despatch Calendar** and the **Despatch Calendar View**. The information on each calendar event lets you assess an order's status, delivery details and any outstanding issues without opening the order itself.

## Screen Access

The **Order Calendar View** is a shared calendar display rather than a single standalone screen. You'll see it in:

- The **My Orders Calendar**, accessed from your personal dashboard.
- The [Despatch Calendar](https://sterlandsupport.atlassian.net/wiki/spaces/FRAM/pages/28386712), accessed by navigating to **Transport Scheduling > Despatch Calendar** from the **Frameworks Menu**.
- The [Despatch Calendar View](https://sterlandsupport.atlassian.net/wiki/spaces/FRAM/pages/28391916), a view-only version of the despatch calendar.

Some calendar events behave differently depending on which of these three screens you're viewing them from. Each affected field states which screen the difference applies to.

## Screen Structure

The **Order Calendar View** displays as a weekly calendar, with each day shown as a column. Orders due for delivery on a given day appear as individual cards within that day's column.

Several calendar events display as a short on-screen code alongside the full order details. Use this table as a quick reference:

Each order displayed on the **Order Calendar View** shows the following fields.
