# Overview

The **My Frameworks **dashboard is a centralised dashboard to view Tasks, Sale Orders, Quotes and Purchase Orders for an assigned user to aid in the management of their day and week.

# Accessing the My Frameworks Dashboard

Access to the **My Frameworks Home** dashboard is via the **My Frameworks** icon located at the top of Frameworks.

# Navigating the My Frameworks Dashboard

The **My Frameworks** dashboard has three main sections allowing you to create new customers or find and maintain existing customers.

1. The **Breadcrumb Navigation**
2. The** Dashboard Filters**
3. The** Options Buttons**
4. The** Tasks Chart**
5. The** Sales Orders Chart**
6. The** Purchase Orders Chart**
7. The** Quotes Chart**

## 1. Breadcrumb Navigation

The **Breadcrumb Navigation** allows you to navigate back to the My Frameworks dashboard after you have selected one of the available options. 

- Click the **My Frameworks Home **hyperlink to return to the dashboard

## 2. Dashboard Filters

<span style="color: #333333">Change the data displayed by changing the dashboard filters.</span>

- All tasks assigned to or created by the **User** under the **Branch** are displayed in the charts.
- Clicking **Refresh** will update the graphs

## 3. Options Buttons

<span style="color: #333333">To get further information on a set of tasks, simply click one of the buttons to open a new screen.</span>

## My Tasks - List

This screen displays key dates related to the tasks created or assigned to the selected user. 

- Click the **Task ID **hyperlink to edit the task.
- Click **New **to create a new task for the user.

## My Tasks - Calendar

This screen displays a calendar of the upcoming 7 days with key dates related to the tasks created or assigned to the selected user. 

- Update the search criteria and click **Find** to refresh the data displayed in the calendar
- Click the **Prev **and** Next Week** buttons, to adjust the displayed dates.
- Click on the **Task **hyperlink to open the **Update Task** window.

### My Orders - Calendar

This screen displays a calendar of the upcoming 7 days with key dates related to the orders created or assigned to a selected user. 

- Update the search criteria and click **Find** to refresh the data displayed in the calendar
- Click the **Prev **and** Next Week** buttons, to adjust the displayed dates.
- Click on the **S/O **hyperlink to open the **Delivery Maintenance** window.

## My Quotes - List

This screen lists all quotes assigned to you and some basic information, similar to the [Sales Orders Dashboard](https://sterlandsupport.atlassian.net/wiki/spaces/FRAM/pages/28391216).

- Click the **Order **hyperlink to maintain the quote via the [Sales Order Maintenance ](https://sterlandsupport.atlassian.net/wiki/spaces/FRAM/pages/28408932)screen.

## My Purchases - Calendar

This screen displays a calendar for the upcoming 14 days with key dates related to the purchase orders created or assigned to a selected user. 

- Update the search criteria and click **Find** to refresh the data displayed in the calendar
- Click the **Prev **and** Next Week** buttons, to adjust the displayed dates.
- Click on the **Purchase Order **hyperlink to open the purchase order's [Supplier Transaction Enquiry](https://sterlandsupport.atlassian.net/wiki/spaces/FRAM/pages/28382602) screen.
