# Overview
The **Availability** section for the selected branch provides the availability of stock for the selected product, the daily report of stock levels and also the lengths of the stock available.

# Navigating the Availability Section
The branch stock** Availability **section has 3 tabs. These are:
## Stock Availability
This tab displays the availability of stock for the selected product, including the amount of stock reserved for customer orders, deferred sales, and factory work orders.

**Stock On Hand**
Displays the current physical stock quantity for the product at the selected branch only.

**+ Stock On Consignment**
Displays the quantity of the product currently held on consignment at the selected branch. Consignment stock is owned by the supplier until sold or used.

**- Customer Orders**
Displays the total quantity of the product allocated to customer orders at the selected branch. This includes all confirmed sales orders that have not yet been fully picked or despatched.

**- Deferred Sales**
Displays the quantity of the product allocated to deferred sales at the selected branch. Deferred sales are sales that have been processed but not yet finalised.
> ℹ️ **Interim Invoices** are displayed as deferred sales.

**Picked Qty**
Displays the quantity of stock that has already been picked and is waiting to be released
> ℹ️ - When **Enterprise Picking** is enabled, the Qty Picked value is automatically calculated in real-time as picking occurs
> ℹ️ - When Enterprise Picking is not enabled, you must schedule the **Calculate Product 'Qty Picked'** scheduled task to run regularly to collect and update this information

**Avail To Pick**
Displays the quantity of stock available to picked, less the quantity already picked. This field is automatically calculated to help you determine if sufficient stock exists to fulfil the order.
The calculation is: **Stock on Hand - Qty on Interim Invoices - Qty Picked = Qty Available to Pick**

**= Unallocated Stock**
Displays the quantity of stock unallocated
The calculation is: **Stock on Hand + Consignment Stock - Customer Orders - Deferred Sales**

**+ Purchase Orders**
Displays the total quantity of the product on open purchase orders for the selected branch. This represents stock expected to arrive.

**+ Stock Requisitions**
Displays the quantity of stock on purchase requisitions. This represents stock that has arrived.

**= Stock Available**
Displays the quantity of stock available
The calculation is: **Unallocated Stock + Purchase Orders + Stock Requisitions**
> ℹ️ The ( **+ - =** ) symbols beside each heading represents what effect it has in the calculation for both unallocated stock and available stock.
> ℹ️
> ℹ️ For example, the calculation for unallocated stock is made up of **Stock on Hand + Consignment Stock - Customer Orders - Deferred Sales** **=** **Unallocated Stock**.
## By Day
This tab displays a forward look of stock availability for the selected product.

**Date**
Displays the amount of confirmed purchases for that day.
**On Hand**
Displays the quantity of stock on hand for that day

**Conf Sales**
Displays the quantity of stock on confirmed sales for that day

**Unconf Sales**
Displays the quantity of stock on unconfirmed sales for that day
---
**Conf Purchase**
Displays the quantity of stock on confirmed purchases for that day
---
**Unconf Purchase**
Displays the quantity of stock on unconfirmed purchases for that day
---
**Free Stock**
Displays the quantity of free stock for that day
---
## By Length
This tab displays the stock availability for the selected product by length.

**Length**
Displays the length of the product

**On Hand**
Displays the quantity of stock on hand for this length

**Sales Orders**
Displays the quantity of stock on sales orders for this length
---
**Unalloc Stock**
Displays the quantity of unallocated stock for this length

**Purch Orders**
Displays the quantity of stock on purchase orders for this length

**Available Stock**
Displays the quantity of available stock for this length
