# Overview
Once a product has been selected, the **Sales History** section within the [Product Dashboard](https://sterlandsupport.atlassian.net/wiki/spaces/FRAM/pages/28379182) provides the sales history of the product at the user's branch for the past 3 years.
The current year average is calculated on the number of full months. For example, in August you would add up the figures for Jan to July and divide by 7.
# Sales History Tabs
Explore the sections below to learn more about the **Sales History** tabs:
## History
Displays a table of sales history information containing 3 calendar years worth of sales history data by month for the selected product. Sales figures are by quantity sold for the current branch.

**Year 2021**
The sales received this calendar year for the selected product.

**Year 2020**
The sales received last calendar year for the selected product.

**Year 2019**
The sales received the previous calendar year for the selected product. That is, 2 years prior to the current calendar year.

**Total**
The total quantity sales for the product for each year displayed.

**Average**
The average calculation of the product quantity sales for each year displayed.
- The average for this calendar year is the total for this calendar year to date (not including the current months sales) divided by the number of complete months prior to this period in the calendar year.
- The average for the previous calendar years is the total for the calendar year divided by 12.

Displays a chart containing 3 calendar years worth of sales history data by month for the selected product.
