# Overview

The Frameworks Home Dashboard appears when you log into Frameworks. This is where you will be able to access the **Frameworks Menu **and **Dashboards**, view **Company Information** and your **Notifications**. You can also customise and access your **Shortcuts** to quickly access the modules that are important to you.

> 📝 This is only a guide. The Frameworks User Interface is highly configurable, therefore the information and screenshots contained within this page may not accurately reflect how the Frameworks Home Page and the navigation of it works within your own organisation's Frameworks system.

1. Click the **Home** icon in the top-center area of the screen.
2. Click the **Home** tab located beneath the Frameworks menu at the upper right corner of the screen.

# Navigating the Home Dashboard

The Standard Frameworks Home Dashboard layout is made up of 7 sections, namely:

4. **Dashboard Message and Website**
5. **My Shortcuts**
6. **Notifications**

# 1. Frameworks Menu

1. The **Frameworks Menu **icon (top left of screen) contains a slide-out menu to drill down and select the relevant menu option from the Frameworks navigation tree.

> ℹ️ The **Framework Menu** icon is always available and can be clicked from anywhere you may be within Frameworks to load additional menu options.

2. The **Frameworks Navigation Tree** contains the menu options that you have been defined to use.

> ℹ️ Expand or collapse the menu item to view the other options.

## Menu Search

The **Menu Search** section of the navigation tree allows you to search for the Frameworks Menu options.  For example, if you want to search for all Supplier menus, simply type **Supplier** into the search box.

Click **Refresh** to load the Frameworks Menu options.

> ⚠️ **Warning:** Bold items in the **Frameworks Menu** search results are menu headings, not screens. A heading with a > beside it expands when you click it to show the menu items it contains. A bold heading without a > can't be opened, and clicking it displays the error: "*Activity Launcher not defined for []. Please, click OK and return the menu and select the required menu item*". This error doesn't mean you lack access. Click **OK** and select a menu item in regular text instead.

# 2. The Dashboard Icons

The **Dashboard Icons **are displayed at the top, in the center of the screen, of Frameworks. Like the **Frameworks Menu,** these icons are always available for quick access to the important dashboards.
