# Overview

Once a Customer has been selected, the **Diary Notes / Attributes / Personal Data / Call Sheets** section within the [Customer Dashboard](https://sterlandsupport.atlassian.net/wiki/spaces/FRAM/pages/28378750) provides diary notes, attributes, personal data and call sheet information for the selected customer.

# The Diary Notes/Attributes/Personal Data/Call Sheets Tabs

## Diary Notes

Allows you to view and create new diary notes for the selected customer. Refer to [Creating a Customer Diary Note](https://sterlandsupport.atlassian.net/wiki/spaces/fwksproau/pages/30511152) for further information.

Depending on the logged in user's security settings you may have access to both 'Secured Diary Notes' and 'General Diary Notes'. The messages displayed depend on your security access settings defined via check box **Secure Diary Access?** in [User Maintenance Screen - Field Definitions](https://sterlandsupport.atlassian.net/wiki/spaces/FRAM/pages/28378032).

## Attributes

Provides Customer attribute information.

> ⚠️ **For existing ProStix customers,** attributes are created and maintained in ProStix. Refer to [Define Attributes](https://sterlandsupport.atlassian.net/wiki/spaces/FRAM/pages/28382778) in the [System Administration User Guide](https://sterlandsupport.atlassian.net/wiki/spaces/FRAM/pages/28380672).

The **Maintain **button takes you to [Attribute Maintenance](https://sterlandsupport.atlassian.net/wiki/spaces/FRAM/pages/28401652) within **System Administration** to create and maintain Customer attributes.

## Personal Data

Allows you to view personal data for the selected customer.

##  Call Sheets

Allows you to add and view the call sheet entries created for the customer.

Users can add a new call sheet via the **Add Call Sheet** button, or view/maintain a call sheet by clicking on the **Pen **icon to open the **Call Sheet Maintenance** popup screen. Users can add attachments to the call sheet via the **Attachments **or **Paperclip **icon, as well as move the call sheet to another customer via the **Move Call Sheet** button.
