> ⚠️ **Constraints**
> ⚠️
> ⚠️ 1. Only one rewards programs can exist for a customer per company.
> ⚠️ 2. If the rewards program is attached to a shareholding type, then Frameworks will prevent the user from adding the Customer to the reward program and will advise them to add the Customer as a shareholder. When the Customer is added as a shareholder, they are automatically added to the appropriate reward program, as defined in the Share Registry.
> ⚠️ 3. Reward points will start accumulating after creating a customer reward program, however, will not be backdated to payments made prior to that time.
> ⚠️ 4. A Customer cannot be deleted from a reward program if the balance of the reward points is not equal to zero.

**Deferred Sales**

Allows you to view any sales for the selected company that have been deferred for invoicing. Deferred Sale feature is activated at a system wide level by setting the **Posdefer** (Defer Sales at POS) to** Yes.**

> ⚠️ **For new Frameworks only customers** (excluding existing customers and ProStix VF customers),** System flags** are managed by Sterland. The information contained herein about System Flags is for Sterland internal purposes only. If you have any system flag requests, please contact [Sterland Support](https://kb.myframeworks.com.au/page/support).

When **PosDefer **is set to yes, and a POS Account Sale is Suspended, the system will prompt the user if the sale is being deferred. If so, it will check the Deferred Sale Limit before it allows it.

> ❌ **Deferring Sales** should be used with extreme caution as it enables a customer to take goods from the store without being invoiced. Without proper management (by way of executing the **Suspended** / **Deferred Sales **report) a customer may never get charged for the goods taken. You should view deferred sales regularly to keep track of sales being deferred. As a security measure, it is advised to keep the number of suspended and deferred sales to a minimum.
