# Overview

Once a Customer has been selected, the **Current Transactions** section within the **Customer Dashboard** provides individual transactions that have been posted to the customer account <span style="color: #333333">including information on </span><span style="color: #333333">**all transactions**</span><span style="color: #333333">, </span><span style="color: #333333">**outstanding transactions**</span><span style="color: #333333">, </span><span style="color: #333333">**adjustments**</span><span style="color: #333333"> and </span><span style="color: #333333">**disputed invoices**</span><span style="color: #333333">. Transaction types allowed are </span><span style="color: #333333">**Invoice, Payment, Credit, Adjust**</span><span style="color: #333333"> (Adjustment) and </span><span style="color: #333333">**Refund**</span><span style="color: #333333"> (Payment Reversals or Credit Notes).</span>

> ℹ️ If you are using multi company access a **Company **drop-down selector will be available above the current transaction's tabs. Your access of companies will depend on your security access. For multi company sites, from the **Company **drop-down menu you can select **All Companies **which will then load the data for all companies you have access to. If you do this, the Company Number column is displayed.

# Current Transaction Tabs

<span style="color: #333333">The </span><span style="color: #333333">**Current Transactions**</span><span style="color: #333333"> section's 4 tabs are:</span>

## All

The **All **tab allows you to view all open transactions for the selected customer including **adjustments**, **payments, invoices, credits** and **nett balances** (remaining balance minus any available settlement discounts). To view full details of invoices and credits, click the relevant transaction number hyperlink.

> ℹ️ For invoices and credit notes, you can modify specific header details (such as External Reference, Customer Order, Job ID, Due Date, and Payment Terms) without needing to credit and rebill the entire invoice. Refer to [Header](https://sterlandsupport.atlassian.net/wiki/spaces/FRAM/pages/28384642) for detailed information about using the **Edit Header** button and the fields you can modify.

## Outstanding

The **Outstanding **tab allows you to view all Outstanding transactions (invoices and credits) for the selected customer. To view full details of a particular invoice or credit, click the relevant transaction number hyperlink.

> ℹ️ For invoices and credit notes, you can modify specific header details (such as External Reference, Customer Order, Job ID, Due Date, and Payment Terms) without needing to credit and rebill the entire invoice. ## Adjustments

The **Adjustments **tab allows you to view all adjustments for the selected customer.

## Disputed Invoices

Allows you to view all disputed invoices for the selected customer and also allows you to identify an invoice for dispute.

From time-to-time, customers may dispute an invoice due to pricing, quality of goods supplied, or lack of supply. Frameworks allows you to mark invoices as disputed via the **Dispute** button.

<summary>Select an Invoice for Dispute</summary>

To select invoices to dispute, perform the following:

1. Click **Maintain **to create and/or maintain the dispute information.
2. Enable the **Disputed** checkbox to flag the relevant invoice as disputed.
3. Enter any appropriate comments or selected a reason for disputed invoice.
4. Click **Save **to commit any changes.

> ⚠️ **Note**: If **Disputed Invoice Reason Codes** have been defined, a **Reason** is required to be selected, via a dropdown menu, when making an invoice as disputed otherwise a free-form **Comment** must be entered.

5. Once checked and saved, the disputed invoice appears in the **Disputed Invoice** results.

> ℹ️ If an invoice is flagged as disputed, then it is exempt from interest charges until the exemption is removed.

6. Sterland also recommend you add additional detail about the dispute in the Customer's **Diary Notes**.

<summary> Resolve a Disputed Invoice</summary>

To resolve a dispute, perform the following:

1. Search for, then select the appropriate Customer. Refer to [Searching for a Customer](https://kb.myframeworks.com.au/space/FRAM/438962092/Search+for+a+Customer) for further information.
2. Click the **Current Transactions** section, then the **Disputed Invoices** tab. The disputed invoice is displayed.
3. Click the **Maintain **button, then disable the relevant disputed invoice check box.
4. Append any appropriate comments to the end of the previous comments, then click **Save**.
5. Click the **Diary Notes / Attributes / Personal Data / Call Sheets** section, then add information regarding the dispute resolution into the Customer's **Diary Notes**.
