# Overview

Once a Customer has been selected, the **Invoices, Orders, Quotes, Projects & Jobs** section within the **Customer Dashboard **provides them with transaction information for a customer including information on their **Invoices**, **Cash Sales**, **Current Quotes**, **Current Orders**, **Prepaid Orders**, **Projects **and **Jobs**

# Invoices, Orders, Quotes, Projects & Jobs Tabs

## 1. Invoices

The **Invoices** tab allows you to search via the **Find Invoices** button for customer **Invoices** via the **From Date** and **To Date** search fields. The results displayed include the invoice **Number**, **B/O** (Back Order) number, **Brn** (Branch) associated to the invoice, **Customer Order** number, **Date** of the invoice, **Delivery Address** and **Amounts**.

> ℹ️ By default, the date range is set to one month where the From Date is one month before today.

Using the button allows you to print invoices displayed in the results grid. results via the **Print Invoices** button.

**Number	**

Click the relevant invoice hyperlink to drill down on the invoice.

**B/O**

Displayed if the invoice is a Back Order.

---

**Brn**

The branch that the goods were sold from.

---

**Customer Order**

The Customer's Purchase Order number.

---

**Date**

The effective date of the invoice.

---

**Delivery Address**

The Customer's delivery address.

---

**Description**

Auto-populated from the header tab of a Sales Order.

---

**Amount**

Total amount of the invoice including GST.

---

**Paid	**

The amount that has been paid and allocated to the invoice.

**Balance Owing**

The amount still owing on the invoice. This column is extremely useful when reviewing as it gives good clarity on the outstanding invoices for a given customer.

**Status	**

Requires system flag **IntInvFlg **to be activated to view this column.

- Interim Invoices display a status of **Pending**.

- Processed Invoices display a status of **Processed**.

**Transaction Source	**

This field displays the source where the Invoice was created.

- **Frameworks**: Orders created within Framework.
- **Web**: Orders created from a 3rd party web application, for example, your websites ecommerce.
- **tportal**: Order created within the Trade Portal.

> ⚠️ This column is **hidden **by default, see Advanced Grid Features for information on how to add and remove columns.

**Totals**

The bottom of the invoices grid displays the totals for the date range selected. This includes the total **Amount **of the invoices, to total **Paid** amount and the total **Balance Owing**.

## 2. Cash Sales

An account customer has the option of paying cash for an invoice or having the invoice added to his account for later payment. Sales can be processed via a Customer's account to pick up all of the customer's pricing, however since the customer may also choose to pay cash at the time of sale, the debt isn't added to their account.

The advantage of an account customer paying cash at the time of sale includes: 

- If on [stop credit / on hold](https://sterlandsupport.atlassian.net/wiki/spaces/FRAM/pages/28377252/Receivables+Terminology#Hold-(also-referred-to-as-Stop-Credit)) (Status code = H), a customer is still able to obtain special discounts on goods even though paying with cash.
- The customer may allow their own customers to buy goods taking advantage of the pricing associated with their account.

> ⚠️ Any sales processed against the customer account as cash sales are visible within the sales history of the customer.

The **Cash Sales **tab allows you to search via the **Find Cash Sales **button for a customer's **cash sales** via the **From** and **To Date** search fields. The results are displayed including the invoice number, Back Order number if applicable, branch associated to the cash sale, customer order number, date of the cash sale, delivery address and amount.

## 3. Current Quotes

The **Current Quotes** tab allows you to view and drill down on all current quotes for the selected customer that haven't yet been accepted or terminated. The results displayed include the quote number, branch associated to the quote, customer order number, the date the quote was created, delivery address and the amount quoted.

1. Once a quote has been accepted, it becomes an order and is removed from the **Current Quotes** tab and then appears in the **Current Orders** tab.

2. Click the relevant **quote number** hyperlink to view and modify the quote and or print/send (via email) the quote.

## 4. Current Orders

The **Current Orders **tab allows you to view and drill down on all current orders for the selected customer. The results displayed include the order number, back-order number if applicable, branch associated to the order, customer order number, delivery date, delivery address and amount.

## 5. Prepaid Orders

> 📝 The latest **step-by-step instructions** for this process can be found by searching your **In-App Help menu**.

The **Prepaid Orders **tab allows you to view and drill down on Prepayment Orders that have been released and invoiced is generated, ready for payment,

> ℹ️ **Note: **Once a Prepayment Order has been updated to a Prepaid Order, the sales order will be locked from adding more products.

The results displayed include the order number, back-order number if applicable, branch associated to the order, customer order number, link to an attach a document, delivery date, delivery address and amount.

Click the relevant order** Number** hyperlink to view the order details.

## 6. Hold Orders

The **Hold Orders **tab allows you to view and drill down on all current orders that are on hold for the selected customer. The results displayed include the order number, back order number if applicable, branch associated to the order, customer order number, delivery date, delivery address and amount.

When a Sales Order is on **HOLD**

- The** Linked PO **option is still available, via the Actions menu, however, there is a warning that “*New linked purchase orders cannot be created while this transaction is on hold.*” once the sales order fulfilment (SOF) screen opens.
- Pick and Release is NOT available.
- The order will be hidden from the following screens:
  - The Picking Dashboard
  - The Despatch View Dashboard
  - The Despatch Calendar
  - The Despatch Calendar View
  - The Runsheet Maintenance
- The order will be excluded from the following calculations:
  - Stock Re-order
  - Excess Stock
  - On C/O (calculate by the “On Order Quantities” scheduled task)
  - Future Orders, Projected Total, Projected GP% in the Management Dashboard
  - The Future Orders Weekly Totals grid in the Management Dashboard
  - The Sales Dashboard Calendar in the Management Dashboard
  - The Sales Orders Chart and MyOrders Calendar in My Frameworks

Click the relevant **order number** hyperlink to maintain the order, print an order confirmation.

## 7. Projects 

The **Projects **tab allows you to view and drill down into any current Projects for the selected customer. Click on the relevant **project** hyperlink to view and/or maintain the project.

## 8. Jobs

The **Jobs **tab allows you to view and drill down into any current Jobs for the selected customer. Click on the relevant **Job **hyperlink to view and/or maintain the project.
