Your Frameworks DR Contingency Plan is an insurance against these unexpected risks: 

# Extended down-time

- Manual operation
- Inefficient processes
- Lack of stock level visibility
- Inaccurate pricing – Major exposure
- Double handling

# Loss of data

- Lost record of Quotes and Sales Orders since last back-up – Major exposure
- Account sales must be recovered from printouts (Delivery Dockets, Picking Slips, Invoice copies, and so on) if they exist!!– Major exposure
- Lost record of POS sales (at least you have the cash)
