# Overview

The QZ Tray (third party) software is installed on your local computer or laptop which allows for Frameworks to connect with the local printers installed on your computer. 

> ℹ️ **Note: **The QZ Tray is the only available printing method when using the Frameworks Cloud Solution. However, starting from version 6.0, you can opt to use this printing method for any Frameworks solution.

> ❌ Only experienced **System Administrators** should complete any of the processes and/or tasks within these administrator guides. For everyone else, reach out to <u>[Sterland Support](https://kb.myframeworks.com.au/page/support)</u> for assistance.
