# Overview

The **Documents and Reports** screen allows you to search and view all of your **reporting** and **print** **job** results in a single grid with easy access to the linked output. From here, you can also remove any report or document schedules.

> ⚠️ Only system administrators can view entries for users other than themselves.

# Accessing Documents & Reports

To access the **Documents and Reports **screen, complete any of the following:

1. Click the **Frameworks Menu **and enter **Documents & Reports** into the **Search **bar.
2. Click the **Frameworks Menu** and navigate to **My Frameworks > Documents & Reports **from the navigation tree.

> ℹ️ On opening the screen, the **Results** section will display all of documents and reports for the current day.

# Navigating Documents & Reports

The **Document & Reports **screen is made up of two main sections to search and access your document and report outputs.

1. The **Search Options**
2. The** Results Grid**

The Results grid displays the additional information:

- **Description**: This displayed the description on the document or report. Click on the **Name** hyperlink to edit from the **Task Details** screen.
- **Status**: This displays the current status of the document or report. These are:
  - **Scheduled**: The document or report is scheduled to be run in the future. Click on the **Name **hyperlink and navigate to the **Schedule **tab to view the schedule details.
  - **Running**: The document or report is currently running in the background
  - **Completed**: The document or report has been run and completed. It is not scheduled to run again.
  - **Dead**: The document or report has failed. Click the **Name **hyperlink and navigate to the **Task Log** tab to view the log file and the possible issue
- **Date/Time**: This displays the last date and time the document or report was run.

## 1. The Search Options

In the **Search **section, you can refine your search by:

- **User**: This field defaults to the logged in user.
  - Note that, System administrators can change the user.
- **Date**: This field default to today's date. Use the **Date** icon to select the required date
- **Type**: From the drop-down menu you can choose to filter by **Documents & Reports, Documents **only or **Reports **only.
- **Status**: From the drop-down menu you can choose to filter by **All **(Default), **Scheduled, Running, Completed **or **Dead.**

Click **Find **once your search criteria have been entered. 

## 2. The Results Grid

Once you have entered your search criteria and clicked **Find, **the results will be displayed in the **Results **section. From this section you will be able to:

### Access the Task Details

Click on the **Name** hyperlink to open the **Task Details** screen to view details about the document or reports:

- Report Criteria,
- Scheduling details
- Output details
- Task Log

> ⚠️ **Note:** From the **Task Details** screen, click **Delete** to remove the selected document or report and remove any future scheduled tasks.** **

### View the Document or Report Outputs

Click on the **Output** hyperlink to open the output of the document or report. The output will be dependent on what output options we selected at the time of running the task (Report or Document).

The results will only display reports that have been run in Frameworks and the Frameworks stationary XML outputs.

### Remove Documents or Reports

Click the **Delete **icon to remove a document or a report from the results grid.

> ⚠️ **Important: **This will also cancel/stop any schedules attached to the report. To avoid deleting any already created reports, search for the next scheduled report and then click the remove icon. This will remove the select scheduled report and any future schedules.
