This page documents the field mapping specifications for Frameworks label output files. The tables define the fixed-width format structure used when generating label data, specifying exactly where each piece of information appears in the output stream.

Products with a [price rounding method](https://sterlandsupport.atlassian.net/wiki/spaces/FRAM/pages/585826307) assigned in **Product Maintenance** display the rounded sell price in all pricing output fields. The label output reflects the GST-inclusive rounded price stored in the product record. No additional label output fields are required for price rounding. 

**Table Structure:**

- **Row/Line**: Each table is organised by output lines (1-4) with logical groupings (Identifiers, Descriptions, Pricing data, Classification data)
- **Column 1**: Field name or information type
- **Column 2**: Fixed column position where the field begins in the output

**Label Types Covered:**

- **Rack Label Output fields** - Basic inventory labels with core product identification and pricing
- **Shelf Label Output fields** - Comprehensive shelf labels including supplier details, stock levels, and purchasing information
- **Product Label Fields** - Simplified product labels for basic identification and pricing
- **Swing Label Field Details** - Enhanced labels with supplier relationships, stock management, and promotional information

Each label type uses a consistent 4-line structure but varies in the specific fields included and their positions. The column positions ensure data aligns correctly in the fixed-width output format, enabling proper label printing and barcode generation across different label types in the Frameworks system.
