# Overview

The **Customer Transaction ReAllocation** function simplifies account management by allowing you to reallocate values between existing transactions on a customer account. Once processed, reallocations can be reviewed through the **Customer Dashboard** under the **Payment History/Detail** tab.

> ℹ️ **Note**: Unallocated payments cannot be included in the reallocation process. To incorporate unallocated payments, ensure they are allocated beforehand.
