The Frameworks software is robust, but like any complex system, it may occasionally encounter known issues that can affect user experience. These issues are acknowledged by the development team, who are dedicated to resolving them promptly to ensure seamless functionality and an optimal user experience.

# Understanding the Known Issue Pages

On each of these release series version pages, you'll find the following details about each issue. The table will be sorted by the reported version with the known issue from the oldest version in the series first.

- **Reported Version:** Let’s you know from what version the issue was 1st reported in.
- **Module:** Lets you know which Frameworks module the issue is related to
- **Issue Description and Work Around: **This section will provide you with an overview of the issue, outlining what’s wrong. If there is a workaround, a brief description of the process will be displayed below the issue.
- Fix Ticket #: Each issue is assigned a ticket number within our system so we can internally track the progress of the job.
- **Fix Version: **Once the issue has been fixed and [Released] it will be assigned to a Frameworks version.
- **Status**:
  - [Dev Backlog] - The issue is currently sitting in the backlog of tasks and no development start date has been assigned.
  - [Dev Scheduled] -  The issue has been added to the development team's workload or sprint and work will begin on resolving the issue soon.
  - [In-Progress] - The issue is currently being worked on
  - [Released] - The issue has been fixed and will be released in the **Fix Version** below.
