# Issue

If you are navigate to a page, for example *https://kb.myframeworks.com.au/space/FRAM/861765682/About+Direct+Shipping *and you get the following message, **Couldn’t show page.**

# Reason

This issue has been caused by the recent migration to a new cloud site and the page Id numbers had to be recreated during the migration.

# Resolution

No login is required, please follow the steps below to help you find the missing page:

1. Copy the last part of the last section of the URL, in this example copy “About+Direct+Shipping”
2. Open the **Search **window and past in the term you just copied form the URL
3. The 1<sup>st</sup> option shown should be page you are looking for.
4. Select the page you are looking for to view the content and update any bookmark you might have.
