## Overview

Browser features in Google Chrome and Microsoft Edge can cause network error issues when using Frameworks. Both browsers have functions that make tabs inactive after a period of non-use to improve performance. This can interrupt your Frameworks session and cause connectivity problems.

You can resolve this by either disabling the feature entirely or adding your Frameworks site to the browser's exception list.

> ℹ️ ### Recommended Solution
> ℹ️
> ℹ️ For the best Frameworks experience, we recommend **adding your Frameworks site as an exception** rather than disabling the browser feature entirely. This allows you to maintain browser performance benefits for other sites while ensuring uninterrupted access to Frameworks.

## Disable Memory Saver Feature - Google Chrome

1. Open Chrome and navigate to **Settings**.
2. In the left navigation menu, click **Performance**.
3. Choose one of the following options:

### Option 1: Add Frameworks as an Exception

1. Ensure **Memory Saver** is enabled.
2. Click **Add** next to **Always keep these sites active**.
3. Enter your Frameworks URL:
  - **Hosted environments**: `prod.myframeworks.com.au`
  - **On-premises environments**: Enter your server's IP address or domain name
4. Click **Add** to save the exception.

### Option 2: Disable Memory Saver Completely

- Turn off **Memory Saver** to prevent Chrome from making any tabs inactive.
