## File Format Requirements

The EzyQuote import file requires a comma-delimited CSV file.

> ℹ️ **Typical Use Case:** EzyQuote imports are typically used as part of the Pole Shed Sale Process to import the final detailed product list from external quoting providers after the design phase is complete.

---

## Import EzyQuote File

1. From the **Frameworks Menu**, navigate to **Sales > Transaction Processing > Sales Orders**.
2. Open the existing sales order where the EzyQuote products should be imported.
3. If importing products to replace placeholder products, delete the placeholder product lines first.
4. Click **Actions**, then **File Imports**, then **EzyQuote**.
5. Click **Choose File** or drag and drop the EzyQuote CSV file into the upload area.
6. Click **Upload** to import the file.
7. When the import completes, review the import results displayed on screen.

## Result

Products from the EzyQuote file are populated in the Sales Order with the same quantities specified in the import file.

The system validates each product line against the Frameworks Product Master File and adds matching products to the order automatically.

If products fail to match or there are import issues, a warning icon appears under the **Actions** button. Click the warning icon to open the **Resolve Order Lines** window where invalid imported product mappings can be resolved.
