Search for existing GL Table Records by type, identifier, or description to view or maintain record details.

> 📝 - Access to GL Table Maintenance screen
> 📝 - Appropriate user permissions for General Ledger module

## Steps

1. Navigate to **General Ledger > Maintenance > GL Table Maintenance**
2. In the **Type** drop-down menu, select the record type.
3. In the **ID** field, enter the specific record ID (or leave blank to search by description)
4. In the **Description** field, enter partial or complete description text (or leave blank to search by ID)
5. Click **Find** to preform the search
6. In the Results Grid, click the **ID** link of the record you want to view
7. Review the record details in the Details section on the right side of the screen

## Result

The selected GL Table Record details display in the Details section, showing the Type, ID, Description, and Category Group (if applicable). You can now maintain the record if needed.
