# Overview of Issue

QZTray can fail if old, incompatible versions of Java are being used on the system. The solutions to this issue is to update QZTray to version 2.2 which comes bundled with a compatible Java version

## Update QZTray 

As QZTray version 2.2 or later comes bundled with Java, upgrading to QZTray 2.2 or later should resolve any issues with incompatible Java versions. Head to [https://qz.io/download/](https://qz.io/download/)  to download the latest version of QZTray.
