To create a linked purchase order from within a sales order, complete the following:

1. With an existing sales order open in Frameworks, click **Actions** in the top right of the order details and then click **Linked PO** to open the **Sales Order Fulfilment** screen.
2. Tick the **Sel** (Select) checkboxes of the products you wish to order. Alternatively, the **Sel** checkbox will be automatically ticked if any of the other fields in the line are updated.
3. Select the **Source** of the products from the drop-down arrow. If left unchanged, the default is to **Purchase Order**.

4. Select a Supplier. The **Search** icon is available to search from.
5. Once completed, click **Create Orders**.
6. Optionally, selecting the **Order#** hyperlink will allow you to view, print, and update the purchase order.
