> ℹ️ To accept Payment through EFTPOS for Savings and Cheque Accounts, perform the following:
> ℹ️ 
> ℹ️ 1. Conduct a sale as normal.  
> ℹ️ 2. Once all of the product and pricing details are correct and you have selected > Macro (inline-external-image)
> ℹ️ 
> ℹ️  and the tendering screen is available.  
> ℹ️ 3. The total is automatically populated. Select the > Macro (inline-external-image)
> ℹ️ 
> ℹ️  button. You are presented with the following screen:
> ℹ️ 
> ℹ️ > Macro (legacy-content)
> ℹ️ 
> ℹ️ 4. If the customer requires any cash to be issued with the sale, type the amount in the Cash Out field, then select the> Macro (inline-external-image)
> ℹ️ 
> ℹ️  button.
> ℹ️ 
> ℹ️ 5. If the EFTPOS System is not logged onto the bank, the EFTPOS subsystem will perform an automatic logon.

> ℹ️ 5. Once the PIN pad is initialised to the bank, the following screen prompts to ENTER CARD.

> ℹ️ 6. To continue with the transaction, swipe the card. To cancel the transaction and go back to the tender options, select cancel. If the card cannot be read with the Magnetic stripe reader on the PIN pad, press the <FUNCTION> key on the PIN pad, and enter the card manually. > ℹ️ 7. After the card has been read, the PIN pad prompts you to 'SELECT ACCOUNT'.
> ℹ️ 
> ℹ️ 8. Cheque, Savings or Credit may be selected at this stage. If Savings or Cheque is selected, the PIN pad prompts you to 'KEY PIN + Press Enter'. > ℹ️ 9. After the PIN has been entered, the transaction request is sent to the bank for processing. You can no longer cancel the transaction. The PIN pad displays 'PROCESSING NOW'.

> ℹ️ <span style="color: #000000">10. The following screen appears to advise that the Transaction has been approved. The screen will remain until the <OK> button is pressed, or a time out period has elapsed (usually 8 seconds).</span>

> ℹ️ 11<span style="color: #000000">. After the Transaction is approved, a POS docket will print for the customer. Details of the EFTPOS transaction are recorded on the Customer POS Docket.</span>
