# Overview

You can email or print customer invoices directly from the **Customer Dashboard**. This allows you to quickly send invoices to customers or create hard copies for your records.

## Finding and Emailing/Printing Customer Invoices

Follow these steps to email or print customer invoices:

1. From the **Dashboard**, click the **Customer Dashboard** icon. Or, click the **Frameworks Menu** and navigate to **Receivables > Enquiries > Customer Dashboard** from the navigation tree
2. In the **Search** field, enter the customer name or code, then press **Enter** or click **Find**.

3. Click to expand the **Invoices, Orders and Quotes** section. The **Invoices** tab displays by default.
4. Use the **From Date** and **To Date** fields to narrow your search, then click **Find** to update the results.
5. Click the **Number** hyperlink for the invoice you want to email or print.
6. Click the **Print** button on the left side of the screen.
7. In the **Print Dialog** window, complete the required details:
  - **Output Type**: Select **Print** or **E-mail**
  - **Printer Address**: Choose your printer or email destination
  When you select **E-mail**, additional fields become available that you'll need to complete before proceeding.
8. Click **Print** to process your request.
9. A **Print Dialog** screen displays indicating whether the print or email was successful.
