## Accessing help within Frameworks

1. In the top right of the screen, click on the **In-app Help** icon
2. From the menu, select **Resources.**
3. Expand the related menu header and click the required knowledgebase article.

> ℹ️ **Note:** The available articles are related to the Frameworks screen you have open, for example, if you are in Sales Order you will only see knowledgebase articles related to sales orders. Most articles are available when on the **Home** tab in Frameworks

## **Helpful Tips**

### Keyboard Shortcuts

- **Cntl + S** to *auto-save*
- **Cntl + F** to launch a *Finder*
- **Alt+m** takes you to the *Customer* field
- **Alt+e** takes you to the *Customer O/No* field
- **Alt+p** takes you to the *Product* field
- **Alt+r** takes you to the *Unit Price* field
- **Alt+i** takes you to the *Disc %* field

### Searching for Sales Orders

In [Sales Order Processing](https://kb.myframeworks.com.au/space/FRAM/28377134/Sales), the following characters can be used when searching for Sales Orders.

- **?** represents any single character. For example, 4?
- **<** show me anything that is less than the value I enter. For example, <10.
- **>** show me anything that is greater than the value I enter. For example, >10.
- ***** Represents one or more other characters. For example, 4*6.

### Managing Tabs

- **Duplicate an existing tab** by right-clicking on the tab and selecting New Tab.
- **Close a tab** by clicking the x on the tab header or right-click then select **Close.**
- **Close other tabs** (but not the tab you’re in) by right-clicking then select **Close Others.**
- **Close all tabs** by right-clicking then select **Close All**

### Refreshing information

On pages that require regular updating, there is a refresh button to force a refresh, however for sections that display information, right-click and select **Refresh**
