Overview The Pricing Hierarchy Maintenance table allows you to adjust the pricing needs of your business. From here you can: Turn On and Off each of the pricing methods listed to suit your needs.   Adjust the pricing methods into a priority sequence to match the pricing rules of your business. Enable the option to continue searching for a better price once a price has been found for a nominated pricing method. Your pricing hierarchy is applied to a Sales transaction once a product has been selected. You will always be shown the customers price based on your defined pricing hierarchy. If a new customer is selected for a sale or a different promotion or contract is applied then the product pricing will adjust accordingly. Note, if a manual price override is applied to a transaction line this will not follow the pricing hierarchy. The Pricing Hierarchy Maintenance screen lists all the pricing methods already in place.
