Overview The Points of Sale (POS) screen allows you quickly and easily convert sales into a Sales Quote. Cash Sales  are NOT able to be converted into a sales quote. A customer must be added into Frameworks. How to create a Quote from POS To create a quote from POS, perform the following: Click  then navigate to  Sales > Transaction Processing > Point of Sale  from the navigation tree. I n the  Customer  field, start typing the Customers Name or   ID and a list of suggested suppliers will be available for you to select from or use the  to search for an exiting customer. Alternatively, click   to create a new cash customer directly from the POS to be used for the quote Type, scan or search for the  Products  to add. The  Description ,  UOM ,  Qty  (defaults to 1),  Unit Price  and  Disc %  (defaults to 0) are automatically populated. The product line can be edited by clicking  on the appropriate product row.  You can also delete a product from the sale by clicking  on the appropriate product row. Once all products have been entered, enter and complete the  Delivery Details  tab. Go back to the  Product Entry  tab, click   and then  . You will be prompted with a  Confirmation  window advising the quote has been created and the quote number. Click   to be taken to the newly created quote Click  to stay in POS ready for another sale. Additional information  Refer to  Maintaining a Sales Order or Quote  for more information.
