# Overview

When a weighbridge ticket has been invoiced in error, you can reverse or credit the ticket. This process explains how to reverse a weighbridge ticket in Frameworks.

# Reversing a Weighbridge Ticket

To reverse a weighbridge ticket that has been invoiced:

1. Click the **Frameworks Menu** and navigate to **Central Allocations > Weighbridge Ticket View** from the navigation tree.
2. In the **Start Delivery Date** and **End Delivery Date** fields, enter the appropriate dates to search for the weighbridge ticket.
3. Click **Find** to display the weighbridge tickets.
4. Click the **Ticket Number** hyperlink for the ticket you want to reverse.
> Macro (inline-media-image)
5. At the bottom of the weighbridge ticket, click **Reverse**.
6. In the **Weighbridge Ticket Reason Finder** window, select the appropriate **Code** for the reversal reason.
7. Click **Yes - Perform Save** to confirm the reversal.

> ⚠️ **IMPORTANT:** Cash sales cannot be reversed. The Reverse button is not available for cash sales.

8. Search for the ticket number again to confirm the status has been updated to **Pending Reverse - Reason Code**.

> ℹ️ While the ticket status is Pending Reverse, you can undo the reversal by opening the ticket and clicking Undo Reverse. When the consolidated invoice is run, the credit for this ticket will be processed.

9. Once the [Central Allocations Scheduled Task](https://sterlandsupport.atlassian.net/wiki/spaces/FRAM/pages/28383154) has been run, the reversal will be processed.
The ticket status will be updated to **Reversed - Reason Code**. The ticket will now have:
  - A new **Invoice Number**
  - A **Credit Note Number**
  - Negative values for **Prices**, **Weight** and **Tare**
10. Once a weighbridge ticket has been reversed, it cannot be un-reversed. Depending on the reason for the reversal, you will need to create a new weighbridge ticket.
