| Select **Sales** - **Transaction Processing** then click **Point Of Sale** from the main menu. |
| Type, or search for the **Product** to add.<br>PETCASHALCOH - Alcohol                         
PETCASHGROCE - Groceries  (incl BBQ)           
PETCASHVEHIC - Vehicle Expenses                
PETCASHLAWNM - Lawn mowing                      
PETCASHWINDO - Window Cleaning                 
PETCASHWORK - Work Experience / Stocktake costs  
PETCASHSTATI - Stationary /Postage             
PETCASHSTOCK - Stock                           
PETCASHRMBUILD - Repairs & Maintenance – Buildings                 
PETCASHRMPLANT - Repairs & Maintenance – Plant & Equipment |
| Type the negative **quantity** of one (-1) |
| The **Description**, **UOM**, **Unit Price** and **Disc %** are automatically populated.<br>The product line can be edited by clicking on the appropriate product row.   
You can also delete a product from the sale by clicking on the appropriate product row. |
| Press enter to accept and add the product to the petty cash transaction. |
| Select the edit button on the product line |
| Update the unit price to the appropriate value and save. |
| Repeat steps 3 - 8 as needed |
| Click **Finish Sale**. |
| Tender the sale as cash.
