How to Process a Quick POS Sale To process a quick POS sale, complete the following: 1. Open the POS screen Click the  Frameworks Menu  and navigate to  Sales  >  Transaction Processing  >  Point of Sale  from the navigation tree. 2. Search or create a POS sale Refer to  Process a Cash Sale  for more detailed information. 3. Select a customer In the  Customer  field, enter your customer's name or ID or use the  Search  icon. 4. Add a product In the  Product  field, scan or enter the product to be added to the sale or use the  Search  icon. When you add a miscellaneous product and the  POSMiscCostEdit  flag is enabled, you can edit its cost in the  Unit Cost  field. Refer to  Getting Started with Internal Gift Cards  to sell or redeem internal gift cards at Point of Sale.  5. Complete the Sale Process the Quick POS Sale. You can finalize the sale in any of the following ways: Option 1:  Finish Sale Click the  Finish Sale  button to process the transaction as usual. Option 2:  Quick Account Sale Click  Quick Account Sale  to charge the sale to the customer's account. This button is only enabled if a customer is selected and has an active account. Option 3:  Quick EFTPOS Sale Click  Quick EFTPOS Sale  to open the EFTPOS Payment window. To process a  Cash Out , enter the amount in the  Cash Out  field; otherwise, leave it as zero. Click the  Check  icon to select the  card type . Additional Information Refer to  Point of Sale Maintenance  for more information.
