Quote messages allow you to add relevant information about your sale order/quote to help keep you and your team informed. The message/s are then printed out on the bottom of the sales quote.

# How to create a new message

<span style="color: #333333">To add a message, perform the following:</span>

1. <span style="color: #333333">Click</span>**<span style="color: #333333"> Add</span>**<span style="color: #333333"> to create a new message.</span>
2. <span style="color: #333333">Select the appropriate message from the predefined list of options in the </span>**Select Message**<span style="color: #333333"> field or select </span>**Freeform message**<span style="color: #333333"> to create a unique message. The message is then automatically displayed.</span>
3. <span style="color: #333333">Click</span>**<span style="color: #333333"> Save</span>**<span style="color: #333333"> to save the message.</span>
