Convert an In Stock timber pack to loose (used) stock. This process automatically updates the Branch Stock values in the  Stock by Length  table. Prerequisites The timber pack must have a status of In Stock. Consignment packs must be purchased before they can be converted to loose stock. You have access to the  Pack Adjustments  screen. Steps Click the  Frameworks Menu  and navigate to  Timber Packs > Pack Adjustments . In the  Num Pack  field, enter the timber pack number. Click  Find  to search for the pack. The  Status  drop-down menu defaults to In Stock to display only in-stock packs. From the search results, click the  Pack No.  hyperlink to select the timber pack you want to convert. On the  Pack to Loose  tab, review the pack product details in the  Pack Adjustments  section to confirm they are correct. Click  Convert to Loose  to convert the timber pack into loose stock. Result The timber pack status updates from  In Stock  to  Used . The Branch Stock values update automatically in the  Stock by Length  table based on the quantities and lengths in the pack. Example:  A pack containing multiple lengths (10 x 1.8m, 8 x 2.4m, 5 x 3.6m, 10 x 6m) converts into loose stock with those individual length quantities available in the  Stock by Length  table.
