## <span style="color: #003366">Set up of RCTI Posting flag</span>

| Click *the hamburger icon* then type **Miscellanous Table Maintenance** (or select **Miscellanous Table Maintenance** from within the **System Administration** navigation tree). |
| Enter "rcti' into table search field to bring up the **Central Allocation RCTI Posting **code |
| Update RCTI (expense invoice) posting parameters. Parameters to update:<br>> Macro (nested-table) |
| Click<span style="color: #000000"> </span>**<span style="color: #000000">Save</span>**<span style="color: #000000">.</span> |

<span style="color: #003366">Printing/ Emailing RCTI Invoices</span>  


| Process |
| --- |
| Click *the hamburger icon* then type  **Weighbridge Ticket View ** (or select **Weighbridge Ticket View** from within the **Central Allocations** navigation tree). |
| Search for Weighbridge tickets. Select the RCTI Invoice created by the scheduled task via the blue hyperlink in the **RCTI Number **field |
| A > Macro (inline-media-image)

 button will appear allowing the print/reprint of the monthly RCTI invoice report. Click on 'Print RCTI' and output dialogue pop up box will allow users to select print, email, or fax output. Click "Go" to generate the tax invoice. |
| RCTI Invoices can also be printed/email from the > Macro (inline-media-image)

Supplier Dashboard under "Invoices" list. RCTI tickets will be. Click on the blue hyperlink Invoice number to view details for the RCTI Invoice, the same > Macro (inline-media-image)

 will be available to select for printing/emailing. |
