How to import Customer Product Codes.  Overview The Customer Product Code Importer allows you import a CSV file into Framework allowing you to save time The imported data is a comma separated file in the following format: Customer ID (integer) Customer Product ID (text) Frameworks Product ID (text) This process explains how to use the Customer Product Code import function to do bulk changes in Frameworks. Click   for an example of the .csv file  The first row of the .csv file will not be imported. This can be used as the column header of information. Ensure you add the  Customer ID  and  Frameworks Product ID  as only the  Customer Product ID  can manually be updated after the file is imported. Other user you can re-import the file with the changes and tick  Override existing records. Accessing the Customer Product Code Import Screen To access the  Customer Product Code Import  screen, perform the following: Navigation to the Import Screen Click   then navigate to  System Administration > System Tables >  Customer Product Code Maintenance Click on the   button to open the  Customer Product Code Import  tab  on the  Import Criteria  page.
