This task allows users to run a utility task to mass reconcile old GL Transactions prior to using the GL Reconciliation Dashboard for the first time. When run it will set any found transactions that are older than the specified date as reconciled.

### Frameworks Setup

Add the scheduled task to the shortcuts menu:

- Click Add, close the popup screen and enter 'AccountReconSched' into the search box, then click Finish.

### Run GL Mass Reconciliation Schedule Task

| Step | Task |
| --- | --- |
| 1 | From the shortcut menu select **Account Reconciliation Scheduled Task**. |
| 3 | <span style="color: #003366">Under the "Report Criteria" tab select the report parameters as required, which include:</span><br>> Macro (nested-table) |
| 4 | From the "Schedule" tab set the run schedule. |
| 5 | Click > Macro (inline-media-image)

 to run the task. |
