> ℹ️ <span style="color: #333333">To perform a cash out transaction, complete the following:</span>

> ℹ️ 1. From the [Point of Sale](https://sterlandsupport.atlassian.net/wiki/spaces/FRAM/pages/28400392) screen, [Process a Cash Sale](https://sterlandsupport.atlassian.net/wiki/spaces/fwksproau/pages/30523494) or [Resume a Suspended Sale](https://sterlandsupport.atlassian.net/wiki/spaces/fwksproau/pages/30522608)
> ℹ️ 2. Click
> ℹ️   to open the **Tendering** window.
> ℹ️ 3. Select
> ℹ️   from the tendering options.
> ℹ️ 4. In the **Cash Out **field, enter the desired amount.

> ℹ️ ## <span style="color: #003366">No Sale Dockets</span>
> ℹ️ 
> ℹ️ A POS Docket prints when a No-Sale option is taken that affects the till balance. The docket prints detail of the amount, details of the No-Sale type selected, the operator name, the till number and the branch.
> ℹ️ 
> ℹ️ ## <span style="color: #003366">Crash Recovery</span>
> ℹ️ 
> ℹ️ If the POS program is abnormally shut down during a transaction, you are prompted with an option to re-print the last docket to determine whether the EFTPOS transaction was successful. The option to re-print the docket appears when you have logged back into the POS program after an abnormal termination. 
> ℹ️ 
> ℹ️ > Macro (legacy-content)
> ℹ️ 
> ℹ️ If the EFTPOS transaction was not successful, the POS transaction is automatically suspended and you should use the [Resuming a Suspended Sale](https://sterlandsupport.atlassian.net/wiki/spaces/fwksproau/pages/30522608) option to complete the sale.
