How to Void a Sale To void a cash or account sale, complete the following: Click   and navigate to  Sales  >  Transaction Processing  >  Point of Sale  from the navigation tree. Resume a suspended sale or reopen a sale that hasn't yet been finalised. Refer to  Resuming a Suspended Sale  for more information Click   to void the sale. To void a sale,  Void POS Sales  must be enabled   in  User Maintenance . Click   to commence a new cash or account sale.
