Reprint a Point-of-Sale docket for any transaction processed during the current till session. Use this when a docket has been damaged by the printer or when a customer requests a duplicate receipt.

> 📝 ### Prerequisites
> 📝 
> 📝 - Active till session
> 📝 - Transaction was processed during the current till session
> 📝 - Access to Point-of-Sale module
> 📝 - Nominated printer configured for docket printing

## Steps

1. Click the **Frameworks Menu** and navigate to **Sales > Transaction Processing > Point of Sale**.
2. Select **New Sale** then select **No Sale**.
3. From the **POS No Sale** window, select the **Last Docket** button.
4. The docket is printed to your nominated printer.

## Result

The POS docket reprints to your nominated printer. If the last transaction processed on the till was an EFTPOS transaction, the EFTPOS receipt details also print on the docket.
