Overview A Project Quote or Order allows you to create a Sales Order for a large project with a Work Order attached, allowing you to add estimated amounts for a job (or series of jobs) that take place over a long period. For Example: A new apartment block is being built. Similar to a service order, but on a much larger scale, a project order allows you to issue invoices on a regular basis, such as at the end of the month. Everything used or logged in that period is invoiced, but the project stays open to allow for continued additions.
