Overview The Points of Sale (POS) screen allows you quickly and easily convert POS transaction into a sales order which will be attached to a specific project and allowing the invoice to appear within the project. Cash Sales  are NOT able to be converted into a sales quote. A customer must be added into Frameworks. Refer to  Projects  for more information on how to create a Project. How to add an Order to a Project from POS To add an order to an existing Project from Point or Sales, perform the following: Create the POS transaction as per normal. Refer to  Point Of Sale  from more information Once all products have been entered, click the   tab and enter the required project details Project : This is automatically updated once the Job is selected. Job : Type the Job number, or search via the   button. Section : Type the section code, or search via the   button. Description : Type the description of the Order. Once the project details have been added, finalise the transactions by clicking   then ,   or  . If  Create Order  or  Create Quote  is selected you will have the option jump to the  Sales Order Maintenance  screen.
