> ⚠️ This task only voids suspended sales created yesterday or earlier. Anything from the current date will not be voided regardless of the below settings.

> ⚠️ Click > Macro (inline-media-image)
> ⚠️ 
> ⚠️ to view a list of sales to be voided. No transactions will be voided with this ticked.
> ⚠️ 
> ⚠️ If> Macro (inline-media-image)
> ⚠️ 
> ⚠️ is ticked, only transactions with no products are included in the task.
> ⚠️ 
> ⚠️ In summary, sales will be voided only when:
> ⚠️ 
> ⚠️ - No products AND zero value, OR
> ⚠️ - Products AND no value, OR
> ⚠️ - Products WITH a value AND have NOT been partially tendered

# How To Void POS Suspended Sales via Scheduled Task

To void POS suspended sale via scheduled task, perform the below.

> Macro (rw-ui-steps-macro)
> 
> > Macro (rw-step)
> 
> <span style="color: #333333">Click </span>> Macro (inline-media-image)
> 
> <span style="color: #333333">then navigate to </span>**<span style="color: #333333">System Administrator > File Purges > Void POS Suspended Sales </span>**<span style="color: #333333">from the navigation tree.</span>
> 
> > Macro (rw-step)
> 
> Under the **Report Criteria **tab, click the report only checkbox if there are no product details click the > Macro (inline-media-image)
> 
>  button.
> 
> > Macro (rw-step)
> 
> Click the **Output **tab, confirm the sales to be voided are correct.
> 
> > ℹ️ To void the sales, re-run the scheduled task this time with the **Report Only **checkbox un-ticked.
> 
>   
> 
> 
> > Macro (rw-step)
> 
> Confirm voided sales are not displayed in the resume sales **Transaction Finder.**
