How to Print a Picking Slip To print a picking slip from a sales order, perform the following: Click the  Frameworks Menu , then navigate to  Sales > Transaction Processing > Sales Orders  from the navigation tree. Enter your search criteria and click  Find  to display a list of sales orders. Click the  Order No.  hyperlink to open your desired sales order. Click the  Actions  button, then select  Print Options > Print Picking Slip  to open the  Output Dialog  window. In the  Output Dialog  window, select  Print  from the  Output Type  drop-down menu and select your  Printer Address  (type manually, search using the  Search  button or leave as  <Default>  to use your default printer). Enter the number of copies to print in the  Copies  field.  If the  PickSlipPrtBin  flag is enabled and your printer has multiple trays, you can enable the  Use Multiple Printer Trays  checkbox to print each copy from a different printer tray sequentially (up to 4 trays maximum), supporting colour-coded picking workflows. If more than 4 copies are specified, all copies print from tray 1 only. Refer to  Printing, Emailing or Faxing Stationery from Frameworks  for more information on the Output Dialog options. Click  Go  to print the picking slip. Additional Information Refer to  Pick and Release  for more information on the picking and release process. The below system settings may be used to customise the functionality of your Frameworks instance. System Settings - Flag Flag Purpose FWPSBtchMstr   Batch print picking slip is a master copy. If printing all Picking Groups from Print Picking Slips and one or more have already been printed individually, then all picking groups will still print.  PickSlipPrtBin   Enable printing copies from different printer trays for picking slips. Requires XML Nuvu format, QZ Tray browser printing and multi-tray printer hardware.
