# Overview

Frameworks helps to streamline the pole shed sales process (used by ITM stores) by providing the tools and flexibility needed for efficient quoting, order management, and financial reporting. Key capabilities include:

- **Seamless integration** with estimating systems, enabling easy import of component files directly into quotes and sales orders.
- **Accurate reporting**, with pole shed sales clearly distinguished in P&L statements and grouped under a dedicated product category.
- **Project and job tracking options**, allowing users to manage complex or custom pole shed builds as needed.
- **Deposit handling**, supporting the recording of deposits as Balance Sheet entries rather than sales, with the flexibility to apply GST deductions at your discretion.
- **Flexible pricing and product inclusion**, enabling special order items and miscellaneous products to be added with ease.

# Basic Process

## 1. Estimate, Review and Accept the quote

1. The estimate is generated using an external quoting system (such as EzeQuote, Harrier Sheds, or Mitek Shed).
2. The quote is then sent to the customers and can be reviewed through Frameworks.

## 2. Create a Project and Allocate Deposit

1. Create a Project and Job in Frameworks to track estimates and invoice the pole sheds in stages
2. Create a sales order in the Job to receive the Deposit.
3. Allocate the deposit payment to the deposit invoice upon receipt.

## 3. Add Design Fee, Import Quote, and Template Kit to Sales Order

1. Add the Shed Design fee to the sales order containing the placeholder estimate.
2. Delete the Pole Shed Estimate Product and import the detailed quotation (CSV file) from the external quoting system.
3. Add the template kit to the Sales Order.

## 4. Adjust the Deposit and Release the Orders

1. Adjust the deposit amount to reflect the net amount owed by the customer.
2. Pick and release the orders when goods are due for delivery.
