## <span style="color: #003366">Logging onto Frameworks</span>

| Step | Task |
| --- | --- |
| 1 | Open the appropriate url from a [supported browser](https://sterlandsupport.atlassian.net/wiki/spaces/FRAM/pages/28390282) to bring up the Frameworks landing page. |
| 2 | Select either **Live**, **Demo** or **Train** to log into. |
| 3 | The [home dashboard](https://sterlandsupport.atlassian.net/wiki/spaces/FWKSUS/pages/27326450) is displayed. |
| 4 | Click the hamburger icon> Macro (inline-external-image)

(top left of screen) then type the module you would like to access or drill down and then select the relevant option from the Frameworks navigation tree |

  


## <span style="color: #003366">Logging off Frameworks</span>

| Step | Task |
| --- | --- |
| 1 | Close all open tabs by clicking the **x** on a tab header or right click a tab then select **Close All **to close** **all tabs. |
| 2 | Select the > Macro (inline-media-image)

beside the logged in user on the [Home Page](https://sterlandsupport.atlassian.net/wiki/spaces/FWKSUS/pages/27326450). |
| 3 | Click **Logout**.<span style="color: #222222">* *</span> |
