Overview The  Product Location Transfers  module allows you to transfer a product, internally within a selected branch, from an existing location to a new  Warehouse and Assembly Locations .  How to perform a Product Location Transfer To create a Product location transfer, perform the following: Navigation Click   then navigate to  Inventory > Maintenance > Product Location Transfers  from the navigation tree. Create a new location transfer From the  Product Location Transfers Dashboard  click the  button to open the  Product Locations Transfers Header  window. From the  Branch  drop-down menu select the required branch. Refer to the  Product Location Transfers - Setup and Configuration  for more information on available branches. From the  Assignee  field enter the required Frameworks user Id or click  to open the  User Finder.  The  Assignee  will default to the currently logged-in user. Click  to create the new product locations transfers and open the  Product Location Transfers Maintenance  screen. Add Products and Locations to the transfer Once the product location transfer has been created you will need to enter the products and location you want to transfer the products from and to.  Refer to the  Product and Location Entry  section in the  Product Location Transfers Maintenance  User Manual for more information.  In the  Product  field, enter the product Id or click  to open the  Product Finder  and select the required product. Once added the product description and the default UOM will be displayed. In the  Qty to Transfer  field, enter the quantity of the selected product you require to transfer to the new location. In the  Location From  field, enter the  location Id or click   to search for the location using the  Location Finder. In the  Location To  field, enter the  location Id or click   to search for the location using the  Location Finder. Click  to add the product location transfer to the maintenance grid. Print the details of the product location transfer Once all the products and the location they are being transferred to have been added to the transfer you can print a list of the product being transferred, with their locations, for your staff to perform the work. Click the  button and select  Print Transfer.   From the  Output Dialog  window, choose the required  Output type  and enter the required details. Refer to  Printing, Emailing or Faxing Stationery from Frameworks  for more information on the output types. Click  to output/print the transfer details.  Complete the product location transfer Click the  button and select  Complete Transfer  to mark the product location transfer as completed.
