## Using the Unit of Measure Finder Window

The **Unit of Measure Finder** window contains two main sections:

### Product Information

This section displays the description of the product you're selecting a UOM for. Click **Find** to refresh the available UOM options below.

### Available UOM Options

This section displays all available units of measure for the selected product:

- **GTIN**: Shows the Global Trade Item Number. The default UOM is marked with a ***** before the GTIN
- **UOM**: Shows the UOM code defined for the product
- **Conversion Factor**: Shows the quantity of stocking units that this GTIN represents
- **Base UOM**: Shows the base UOM that the conversion factor is based on
- **Length**: Only displays a value if the selected product is a length tally product

To select a UOM, click on the **UOM** hyperlink for the required unit of measure.
