Create a new customer contact record to store email addresses and contact information for customers in Frameworks.

> 📝 ## Prerequisites
> 📝 
> 📝 - Access to System Administration menu
> 📝 - Customer record must already exist in the system

## Steps

1. Click the **Frameworks Menu** and navigate to **System Administration > System Tables > Contacts**.
2. Click **New Contact** to create a new contact record.
3. In the contact fields, enter the contact information such as name and email address.
4. In the **Table** field, select **Customer** from the drop-down menu.
5. In the **Key Field**, search for and select the Customer Id, or click the **Search **icon to find the customer.
6. Click **Save/Close** to save the contact record.

## Result

The new contact displays in the Customer Contact Details section of the **Customer Dashboard** and is linked to the selected customer.
