# Overview

The **Vii Gift Card Balance** utility is a powerful tool designed to help you easily check the balances of your customers' Mitre 10 Gift Cards and Home Timber & Hardware vouchers. This utility ensures that you can provide accurate and up-to-date information to your customers, enhancing their shopping experience and ensuring smooth transactions.

# How to check a Vii Gift Card Balance

To check the balance of a Vii Gift Card, perform the following:

> Macro (rw-ui-steps-macro)
> 
> > Macro (rw-step)
> 
> Click the **Frameworks Menu **and navigate to **Sales > Utilities & Scheduled Tasks > Vii Check Balance **from the navigation tree.
> 
> > Macro (rw-step)
> 
> From the **Vii Check Balance **window, enter the **Gift Card# **and **PIN. **
> 
> Click **Check Balance **to view the:
> 
> - The **Available **and **Current** **Balance** of the card.
> - The **Issue **and **Expiry Date** of the card.
> - The **Card Status**, for example, Active.
> - The **Locked Until** date, if the card has been locked.

> Click **Close **to exit out of the window.
